
Aidan Irwin-Singer
Aidan Irwin-Singer is an associate director of policy and programming at the Milken Institute in Europe. Before joining the Institute, Irwin-Singer spent more than seven years working across multiple departments in the UK government, including HM Treasury, the UK Health Security Agency, and the National Infrastructure Commission.
As a civil servant, he focused primarily on international affairs, industrial policy, and public health, including supporting HM Treasury’s engagement with the European Union during the UK’s membership, managing public health surveillance programs during the COVID-19 pandemic, and coauthoring a major study examining the cost drivers of large UK infrastructure projects.
Irwin-Singer holds an MA in EU international relations and diplomacy studies from the College of Europe in Bruges, and earned his undergraduate studies in history at Magdalene College, University of Cambridge.
