Ella Tan is an associate director, Milken Institute International in Singapore. Her current research focuses on vaccination access and delivery, the opportunities and challenges for technology to transform mental health care in Asia, and the role of cloud technology to enhance resilience and advance the Environmental, Social, and Corporate Governance (ESG) goals of the financial sector.

Glenn Yago is a senior fellow and founder of the Financial Innovations Labs at the Milken Institute and the senior director of the Milken Innovation Center and Blum Lab for Developing Economies at the Jerusalem Institute.

Amos is a senior director within Milken Institute International, based in Singapore. He leads events in Asia, including the annual Asia Summit and Global Investors' Symposium, as well as the Asia content for the Institute's regional and global events.

Perry Wong is managing director, research at the Milken Institute. He specializes in analyzing the structure, industry mix, development, and public policies of a regional economy.

Carole Biau is a senior director for Global Market Development at the Milken Institute, where she works to inform financial and economic policy across developing and emerging markets. 

Quintus Lim is an associate director of policy and programs for the International pillar at the Milken Institute. He focuses on policy areas such as R&D financing, technological adoption across domains such as health, food, agriculture, finance, and the broader economy, and issues of ecosystem building.

Laura Deal Lacey is the Executive Vice President of International at the Milken Institute, where she plays a pivotal role in advancing the Institute’s global initiatives. As the first employee of the Milken Institute in Asia, Deal Lacey was instrumental in establishing its center, programs, and activities in the Asia Pacific region. Over time, her responsibilities expanded to strategically grow the Institute’s presence across Europe, the Middle East, Latin America, and Africa. A dual citizen of the United States and Brazil, Deal Lacey has lived and worked on four continents. She serves on the board of FWD Insurance (Group) and is a member of the advisory board for The Sim Kee Boon Institute for Financial Economics at Singapore Management University.

Yeen Chee Chong is an associate director for Milken Institute International. Based in Singapore, he oversees and manages strategic communications with a wide range of global and regional media publications and partners. Chong works closely with colleagues in both Asia and the United States on planning and implementing global public relations and social media campaigns.
