Paulo, Brazil. In her role, she leads the Institute’s regional expansion efforts
across Latin America, fostering partnerships with key stakeholders in finance,
policy, and philanthropy to advance inclusive and sustainable economic growth.

Jessica Contreras is an associate for Milken Institute International. Based in Mexico City, she works with partners across multinational corporations, asset management, and investment banking in Mexico and Latin America.

Aidan Irwin-Singer is an associate director of policy and programming at the Milken Institute in Europe. Before joining the Institute, Irwin-Singer spent more than seven years working across multiple departments in the UK government, including HM Treasury, the UK Health Security Agency, and the National Infrastructure Commission.
