Gabriel Chua is a senior associate with the Business and Program Development team for the International pillar at the Milken Institute, based out of Singapore. He works on building relationships with industry partners, corporations, and foundations across Asia, with a focus on the Institute's presence in Japan. Chua's work on Japan includes deepening engagement with the Japanese market and fostering collaboration between Japan and the Institute's global network of investors and leaders across business and government sectors.

Chua holds a bachelor of arts degree in global affairs from Yale-NUS College and has lived in various locations, including Yangon, San Francisco, Ho Chi Minh, and Singapore.
