Alissa Kratsios serves on the FinTech Advisory Council at the Milken Institute and is head of global policy at Ramp, where she leads the company's policy and public affairs strategy across the US and international markets.

Jyotsana "Jo" Jagadish is head of digital banking, payments, and contact centers at TD Bank US. She leads strategy, execution, and innovation for digital, mobile, and payments capabilities that drive the future of omnichannel experiences at TD.

Candace Kelly is a member of the FinTech Advisory Council at the Milken Institute. She is also the chief legal and policy officer of the Stellar Development Foundation (SDF), a nonprofit organization that works with and supports changemakers in creating equitable access to the global financial system through blockchain technology. She leads SDF’s legal team and policy teams, which work to connect the public and private sectors and engage global regulators.
