Jyotsana Jagadish

Head of Digital Banking, Payments, & Contact Centers, TD Bank US

Jyotsana "Jo" Jagadish is head of digital banking, payments, and contact centers at TD Bank US. She leads strategy, execution, and innovation for digital, mobile, and payments capabilities that drive the future of omnichannel experiences at TD. Jagadish is also part of the bank's US senior executive team.

Previously, as head of US commercial bank products and services, she managed product profit and loss for treasury management, deposits, and merchant acquiring, overseeing launches such as US Business Central, Zelle for Small Business, Tap to Pay for iPhone, and the small and medium-sized businesses Digital Insights Marketplace. Before TD, Jagadish led new product development and FinTech partnerships at JPMorganChase Commercial Banking, where she developed new treasury management products. Earlier, she directed global digital payments strategy at Citibank, implementing Apple Pay in the US and serving as global product manager for Apple Pay.

With nearly 20 years of experience in financial services, Jagadish brings creativity and innovation to her leadership. She holds a bachelor's in engineering, electronics, and communications from Visvesvaraya Technological University, India.

Jagadish is a 2024 honoree of American Banker's Most Powerful Women in Banking NEXT Awards and has received American Banker's "Most Powerful Women in Banking Top Team" award, as well as Crain's New York "Rising Stars in Banking and Finance" distinction.
