Anar Bata is a senior associate for Programming and Partnerships within the International pillar at the Milken Institute and is based in Europe. Prior to joining the Milken Institute, she served as manager of the US Programme at Chatham House, where she oversaw a portfolio of events and projects focused on US foreign policy and America's evolving global role.

Nicoly Costa is a senior associate on the Business and Program Development team within the
International pillar at the Milken Institute. Based in London, she is responsible for
managing memberships and sponsors involved in the Institute’s conferences and
programs, and for strengthening its network through year-round initiatives such as the
London Dialogues.

Aidan Irwin-Singer is an associate director of policy and programming at the Milken Institute in Europe. Before joining the Institute, Irwin-Singer spent more than seven years working across multiple departments in the UK government, including HM Treasury, the UK Health Security Agency, and the National Infrastructure Commission.

Daniel Baigent is a senior associate for policy and research at the Milken Institute, based in London. His work focuses on economic development, industrial policy, and trade.

Sophie Eggar is director of partnerships for Europe at the Milken Institute, supporting the policy and programming team with partnerships and fundraising initiatives in the region.

Rose Prinelle is an experienced associate director for the International team, bringing more than ten years of experience from the world of business-to-business (B2B) technology communications to her role, where she leads the Institute’s integrated communications programme in the Europe, Middle East, and Africa region.

Alina Sin is an associate director on the Business and Program Development team within the International pillar at the Milken Institute. She is responsible for managing strategic partners and sponsors involved in the Institute’s conferences and programs.

Anna Strillacci heads the Milken Institute’s business development team in London to support the fundraising and programmatic goals in Europe, with the aim of expanding the engagement and reach in the region, including institutional investors, asset owners and philanthropists.

Simon Radford is a director for Policy and Programming for the Milken Institute in Europe.

Petra Freddi serves as managing director for Europe and the Middle East at the Milken Institute. Over the past decade, she has played a pivotal role in expanding the Institute’s global footprint—initially in the Asia-Pacific region, followed by Europe, and most recently in the Middle East.
