Ying Staton is the managing director of Asia-Pacific within the International pillar at the Milken Institute.

Kymberly Goh is an associate on the Marketing and Communications team within the International pillar at the Milken Institute. Based in Singapore, she supports the Institute’s global communications initiatives across Asia, Latin America, and Africa.

Currently serving as Head of Operations in Singapore, she oversees all aspects of office administration, including human resources, finance, office management and team engagement initiatives.

Ann Marie Eu is a director on the Business and Program Development team at the Milken Institute, based in Singapore. She focuses on building strategic partnerships across Asia, working with a diverse set of stakeholders, including institutional funders, regional leaders, and global program teams, to advance the Institute’s impact in health, finance, philanthropy, and policy.

With over a decade at the Milken Institute, Teresa Whang exemplifies leadership in event planning, VIP relations, and fostering meaningful relationships. As the senior director of strategic initiatives for Milken Institute International, Whang is focused on championing global expansion efforts by identifying ways to build partnerships within the organization, match new opportunities for collaboration with external partners, and customizing meaningful experiences at Milken Institute events.

Curtis S. Chin is Chair, Asia Fellows; Senior Advisor, Global Markets at the Milken Institute. He is a former U.S. ambassador to the Asian Development Bank (ADB), an advisory board member of the Asian American Federation, and a media presence and voice on where East meets West—from business, trade & culture to issues facing the Asian American community.

Ian Tann is a director in the Business and Program Development team for the Milken Institute's Asia office based in Singapore. He works on building relationships with industry partners, corporations, and foundations with a primary focus on constituent groups based in Asia.

Ella Tan is an associate director, Milken Institute International in Singapore. Her current research focuses on vaccination access and delivery, the opportunities and challenges for technology to transform mental health care in Asia, and the role of cloud technology to enhance resilience and advance the Environmental, Social, and Corporate Governance (ESG) goals of the financial sector.

Amos is a senior director within Milken Institute International, based in Singapore. He leads events in Asia, including the annual Asia Summit and Global Investors' Symposium, as well as the Asia content for the Institute's regional and global events.
