Farah Shahab
A seasoned operations and administration professional with over 25 years of experience across different sectors, which include banking, travel, hospitality and business trade association. Currently serving as Head of Operations in Singapore, she oversees all aspects of office administration, including human resources, finance, office management and team engagement initiatives. She leads the administrative team and provides executive support to Executive Vice President Laura Deal Lacey, managing her global schedule and key engagements.
As a Flight Attendant with one of the world’s most respected airlines early in her career, she developed qualities that continue to shape her leadership style and approach, with her trademark humble attitude and a pleasant smile.
Passionate about giving back to the community, she leads the Asia Center’s annual CSR initiatives. With over 6 years at the Institute and with the guidance of the leadership team, she is dedicated to promoting team unity, embracing cultural diversity, fostering work-life balance and wellness, all in alignment with the Institute’s mission and goals.
