Cheryl Anne Boyce, PhD, is a director at Milken Institute Strategic Philanthropy, where she leads the Science Philanthropy Accelerator for Research and Collaboration and the Philanthropy Leadership Collective. Ricky Garcia is a director on the Environmental and Social Innovation team within the Strategic Philanthropy pillar at the Milken Institute. He leads national efforts to build thriving communities across the United States and oversees strategic work focused on the future of education, workforce readiness, and solutions to community safety, including gun violence prevention and community violence intervention.

Ruth Pullum is a senior associate within the Strategic Philanthropy pillar at the Milken Institute. Focusing on events at the Institute, Pullum brings extensive experience managing logistical projects and optimizing operational workflows.

Prior to her current role, she worked on the MOMENTUM Routine Immunization Transformation and Equity project and Advancing Nutrition under the United States Agency for International Development, with a focus on subawards and finance.
