Alison Huang, PhD, is an associate director on the Science Philanthropy Accelerator for Research and Collaboration (SPARC) team at Milken Institute Strategic Philanthropy. An epidemiologist by training, she works with the SPARC team to advise foundations and philanthropists on research areas for impactful investment, particularly around mental health.

Ricky Garcia is a director on the Environmental and Social Innovation team within the Strategic Philanthropy pillar at the Milken Institute. He leads national efforts to build thriving communities across the United States and oversees strategic work focused on the future of education, workforce readiness, and solutions to community safety, including gun violence prevention and community violence intervention.

Ruth Pullum is a senior associate within the Strategic Philanthropy pillar at the Milken Institute. Focusing on events at the Institute, Pullum brings extensive experience managing logistical projects and optimizing operational workflows.

Michelle King is a director in the Strategic Philanthropy pillar at the Milken Institute.

Maura Landers is an executive assistant with Milken Institute Strategic Philanthropy, where she supports the executive vice president in managing priorities, scheduling, and strategic coordination.

Michelle Rincón is an associate on the Environmental and Social Innovation team at Milken Institute Strategic Philanthropy. Prior to her current role, she worked on the MOMENTUM Routine Immunization Transformation and Equity project and Advancing Nutrition under the United States Agency for International Development, with a focus on subawards and finance.

Susan Wetherby is an executive assistant at Milken Institute Strategic Philanthropy, where she supports the Environmental and Social Innovation portfolio.
