Shawn Eubanks

Shawn Eubanks is an executive assistant with Milken Institute Strategic Philanthropy, where she supports the managing director and leadership team of the Science Philanthropy Accelerator for Research and Collaboration. She manages priorities, scheduling, and strategic coordination. She has more than 16 years of experience supporting senior leaders and managing operations in government and nonprofit organizations.

Before joining the Institute, Eubanks built a multidisciplinary background in federal governance and economic policy. She specializes in aligning people and processes, a strength that also informs her passion for raising awareness about mental health and other important causes. Known for her collaborative mindset and structured approach to implementation, she excels at managing complex projects, keeping workflows organized, and fostering seamless cross-functional connections.

She is based in the Institute’s Washington, DC, office.
