Savannah Richardson

Savannah Richardson is a senior associate within the Finance pillar at the Milken Institute. Richardson coleads Deal Rooms, matchmaking sessions that connect community and climate development projects with mission-driven investors to accelerate capital deployment. She also leads the City Chief Financial Officers Circle, a convening of municipal finance chiefs from across the country that enables peer discussions on public finance topics. 

Prior to joining the Institute, Richardson was an operations associate at Floodbase (formerly Cloud to Street), a New York City–based tech start-up that deploys satellite-based flood tracking to support disaster response for climate-vulnerable communities. She holds an MPA in social impact, innovation, and investment from New York University and a BA in international affairs with a minor in sustainability from George Washington University.
