Executive Director, Marketing and Communications
Michelle Stevenson is executive director, marketing and communications at the Milken Institute, where she oversees earned media, social media, the website, brand and design, publishing, and all marketing efforts. Stevenson spent more than a decade at the helm of national and international communications firms, including as senior vice president at FleishmanHillard (“Oprah’s Ultimate Australian Adventure”), managing director at Burson-Marsteller (award-winning programs for Behr and Travel Nevada), and executive vice president at HL Group (“St. John in Conversation with…”). Throughout 2019, Stevenson led The Giving Keys, a social impact jewelry company and accessories brand that focuses on ending homelessness through employment, as chief operating officer and chief marketing officer. A frequent guest lecturer, Stevenson recently served as co-instructor for a University of California Los Angeles Extension Course on influencer marketing. She is a founding member of Chief, the organization for professional women. She is a graduate of Northwestern University.
