Both in the US and abroad, disruption and distrust about the role and efficacy of government threaten to undermine on-the-ground progress to advance climate and energy project deployment, build resilient and sustainable economies, and rapidly adapt to extreme weather events. This session will review the role of new communications polling and strategic framing that emphasizes public-private partnerships, community resilience, long-term economic development, and local voices to emphasize outcomes over orthodoxy.
