Sustaining and Scaling Partnerships for LGBTQ+ Progress (Invite only)

-

The need for meaningful engagement and support for LGBTQ+ communities has never been greater. Nonprofit, advocacy, and social impact organizations play a critical role in identifying community needs, shaping policy, and providing on-the-ground expertise. Corporations bring resources, scale, and influence to expand optimal workplace benefits, invest in innovative businesses, and partner on impactful community-driven initiatives. In this current climate, are the two groups drifting further apart? How can corporate executives demonstrate long-term value for their company’s pursuit of LGBTQ+ inclusion and social impact initiatives? What types of initiatives and partnerships between the two have proven to be most effective?
