Nicole Valentine is the FinTech Director of the Milken Institute’s Finance pillar with over a decade of financial services, international Mergers & Acquisitions, technology, and innovation experience. As the FinTech Director, Nicole explores market innovation and developments, analyzes alternative regulatory approaches, and offers policy recommendations to facilitate FinTech’s responsible development.

Erin Lubitz is a director on the Business and Program Development team at the Milken Institute. Lubitz oversees fundraising strategies and fosters relationships with strategic partners and sponsors of all major Milken Institute convenings, including the Institute’s flagship event, Global Conference.

Amelia Johnson is an associate director on the business and program development team at the Milken Institute, managing strategy and engagement with strategic partners and sponsors both domestically and internationally to fund programs that widen access to capital, create jobs, and improve health.

Raleigh Doscher is a senior associate on the speaker relations team at the Milken Institute. Her role on the events team encompasses the coordination of speaker assets, registrations, and on-site support in the lead-up to and during MI events.

David Bohigian is an impact investor with extensive experience in investment, management, government and international development. He manages Pluribus Ventures, an impact fund of funds, with private investments in affordable housing, clean energy, online education, financial services, healthcare research and Veterans.

Donniell Silva is a senior director on the global programming team at the Milken Institute. She leads the strategic direction of content curation at Institute convenings, which bring together top experts, innovators and influencers from different backgrounds and competing viewpoints to tackle some of our most critical global issues.

Courtney Lyman is a senior director on the business and program development team at the Milken Institute. She leads fundraising, logistics, and strategy. 

Margaret is a Managing Director with Deloitte Consulting. She’s focused on bringing her experience in research innovation and patient engagement to strengthen nonprofits, as well as federal and commercial life sciences programs. She joined Deloitte from FasterCures, a center of the Milken Institute where she was Executive Director.

Leslie Thurman is a director of Global Programming and Events at the Milken Institute. She curates and leads public and private convenings across eight global locations for stakeholders, investors, philanthropists, government officials, and media.
