Kelsey Barcomb, PhD, is a program manager for BD² and a senior associate on the Science Philanthropy Accelerator for Research and Collaboration (SPARC) team of Milken Institute Strategic Philanthropy. Barcomb received her doctorate in pharmacology from the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus and completed postdoctoral training in the field of neuroscience.

Martine Polycarpe is the program coordinator for the BD² Integrated Network and a senior associate at the Milken Institute, where she supports the Science Philanthropy Accelerator for Research and Collaboration team.

Aggie McMahon Stephens, MSc, is an associate director on the Science Philanthropy Accelerator for Research and Collaboration (SPARC) team at Milken Institute Strategic Philanthropy. With a background in clinical neuroscience, she specializes in science philanthropy, research sector development, and global collaborations that maximize the impact of investments in science.

Richard Ditizio is the CEO of the Milken Institute, responsible for all pillars and departments across the organization's global footprint. Under his leadership, the Institute expanded its staff and programmatic work to Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and Latin America.

Brock Smith, PhD, is an associate director on the research team at the Milken Institute. His research has focused on environmental economics and natural resource economics, particularly the economic and social effects of natural resource booms.

Ambassador Karen Kornbluh served as ambassador to the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development, sitting on the governing board of the economic multilateral institution in Paris, where she spearheaded the first global Internet Policymaking Principles, led the effort to expand the organization’s membership, and launched the OECD Gender Initiative. Kornbluh previously served as deputy chief of staff at the Treasury Department and director of the Office of Legislative and Intergovernmental Affairs at the Federal Communications Commission. She was policy director for Senator Barack Obama and the author of his 2008 platform.

Shikha Jain is a senior director on the Business and Program Development team at the Milken Institute.  She has more than 20 years of mission-driven fundraising and relationship management experience.

Amanda Schlumpf is an associate director on the Business and Program Development team with the Milken Institute and helps developing their European presence and growth. She is responsible for initiatives such as the Global Capital Markets Advisory Council (GCMAC) and the Forum for Family Asset Management (FFAM) for Europe and is deepening engagement with Milken Institute’s broader network, including financial institutions, investment funds, corporations, young leaders and individual philanthropists.

Madeline Lieberberg is an associate director on the Business & Program Development team at the Milken Institute. She is responsible for managing strategic partners and sponsors engaging in the Institute’s conferences and programs. Based in New York, Lieberberg cultivates the Milken Institute network through year-round programs and events including the Hamptons Dialogues and South Florida Dialogues.
