Katherine Sacks
Associate Director, Health Economics
Katherine Sacks is an associate director in health economics on the research team at the Milken Institute. Her research concerns health equity, health disparities, and the social determinants of health, focusing particularly on adverse maternal birth outcomes, as well as the effects of the social safety net on measures of population health. She also serves as a consultant on a NIDA-funded R01 grant, looking at social safety net programs as interventions to reduce opioid-related harms in reproductive-age women.
