Los Angeles Wildfires Civic Leaders Council (Invite only)

After the Eaton and Palisades Fires in Los Angeles, the Los Angeles Wildfires Civic Leaders Council convened business, foundation, and nonprofit leaders to exchange information, triage needs, and collaborate to solve challenges in recovery and rebuilding—particularly, insurance, and rebuilding affordability and finance. The Council met for the first time at the Milken Institute's Global Conference 2025. As part of Global Conference 2026, the Council will reconvene to reflect on the second year of recovery and further advance its priorities, including novel public-private rebuild financing solutions as well as advocacy at the federal and state level.
