Since 2016 the IFC-Milken Institute Capital Markets Program has trained over 160 Scholars from finance ministries, central banks, stock exchanges, and financial regulatory bodies across more than 45 developing and emerging economies. This year, we are delighted to be hosting the graduation ceremony for our seventh class of Scholars at Global Conference. In addition to our graduating Scholars, the ceremony will be attended by leadership of the Milken Institute, the International Finance Corporation, and the George Washington University School of Business, and by key program supporters including the Motsepe Foundation. The ceremony will provide inspiration and drive to the class as they head back to their home countries, to lay the ground-work for economic development, job creation, and business opportunity across Africa, the Middle East, Latin America, and Asia.
