Ukraine's Next Chapter: Building Resilience on Europe's Eastern Edge

The war in Ukraine has shown Europe’s vulnerability not only to weapons aimed at battlefield targets, but also those aimed at its civilian infrastructure, energy supplies, and intellectual property. While world leaders hold discussions about security guarantees for Ukraine, how can the West help secure the wider region against aggression? Capital is needed to fortify Europe’s eastern border militarily, but also to renew and protect infrastructure and businesses. This panel brings together investors, infrastructure providers, defense experts, and government leaders to discuss how the West can best contribute to rebuilding Ukraine, along with maintaining effective deterrence along Europe’s entire eastern border.
