Oleg Rogynskyy

Oleg Rogynskyy is a technology entrepreneur, defense innovator, and investor. He is the Chief Executive Officer of UFORCE, a combat-proven defense technology company that develops autonomous maritime and aerial systems - including the Magura uncrewed surface vessel and Nemesis UAV - battle-tested in real-world operations in Ukraine and now scaled for 10+ NATO allies.

Previously, he founded and led People.ai, an enterprise AI platform used by Boeing, IBM, DHL and many other Fortune 500 companies. Under Oleg's leadership, the company reached a $1.1 billion valuation in 2021, making it one of the most successful B2B AI startups of its era. Rogynskyy is an active investor and advisor in Ukrainian defense technology and a proponent of AI-first approaches to national security. He is a Cavalier of the Order of Merit (III Class) of Ukraine.
