Author Talk: Mark Hyman, "Young Forever"

-

You’ll never be as young as you are right now—or will you? In Young Forever, leading functional medicine practitioner Mark Hyman gives us the tools to test this theory and shows us that we already have the keys to live not only longer, but better and healthier. Hyman argues that things like how we sleep, what we eat, and how we manage stress add years to our lives. Using strategies designed to be sustainable, Hyman is revolutionizing how we think about aging and empowering us to implement tools to increase our lifespans and decrease our risk of illness. In conversation with MSNBC’s Alex Witt, join Hyman to learn how we can get older but feel younger.

As with all Global Conference public sessions, registration is not required to attend an Author Talk, but seating is limited. Seats will be open to the first 50 attendees. We recommend Conference attendees add any Author Talks of interest to your agenda. If you cannot attend the Author Talk or are solely interested in the book signing portion, we encourage you to come to the Global Conference on-site bookstore managed by Barnes & Noble for the final 20 minutes of the scheduled hour.

Books featured in the Author Talks and Book Signings are available for purchase at the on-site bookstore.
