President

Federico Garza Santos completed his high school education at Kent School in Connecticut, USA, and earned a degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the Tecnológico de Monterrey (ITESM). He began his professional career in the production area of an industrial company, later moving into the commercial sector for construction equipment. Federico served as Chief Executive Officer of Grupo Delta until 2012, when he was appointed Executive Chairman of the company. In 2014, following the spin-off of Grupo Delta’s income-producing assets, Fibra MTY was established, and he was appointed Executive Chairman by its Technical Committee. He serves on the Boards of Directors of Promotora Ambiental, Tres Vidas Acapulco, and the Nuevo León Real Estate Owners Chamber. Federico is also actively involved in the nonprofit sector, serving as Chairman of the Board of several civil society organizations, including the Centro Eugenio Garza Sada, Supera A.C.
