Matching truck drivers and carriers with millions of loads of cargo, frete.com lowers transportation costs for shippers while boosting income for truck drivers, which rarely travel empty, and reducing CO2 emissions. The company went from a small operation, ran from a Starbucks coffee shop, in 2013 to connecting over 55% of all trucks in Brazil with loads and generating over US$20 billion in transactions per year.
