Richard Ashworth has spent his career focused on improving the health and well-being of others, with a passion for making a difference in the lives of customers and members. A pharmacist by trade, Ashworth has a keen understanding of the many factors that influence health, including social determinants, adherence to treatment and a healthy lifestyle. Richard Ashworth joined Tivity Health as President and CEO, and as a member of the Board of Directors, in June 2020. Previously, Ashworth facilitated the growth of Walgreens for nearly 30 years, transforming the company into a global leader in pharmacy and health and wellness. He started as a store clerk and most recently served as President, responsible for all Walgreens operations.
