Roksana Ciurysek Gedir is a financier, artist, and entrepreneur with a passion for sustainability-led and forward-looking innovations. She is Chairwoman of White Oak Global Advisors’ Impact Advisory Board, Chairwoman of Impact One, founder of Possible X, and trusted advisor to CEOs globally and guest lecturer at Stanford University. She is known for fusing art, finance, and technology to challenge status quos across a number of different industries. Having worked for over two decades as a banker and financier in corporate finance, wealth management and investment banking from time spent at Credit Suisse, Edmond de Rothschild, Merrill Lynch, JPMorgan, EBRD and most notably biggest Polish Bank - Bank Pekao in Poland where she was recently deputy CEO and Vice President of the Management Board. As an artist, Roksana has expressed her passion for sustainability and innovation by creating an impact art movement launched during COP26 with the launch of her recycled stainless-steel sculpture “Aurea”. Her media before sculptures has been photography printed on metal with diamonds. Roksana is also an Artist in Residence for Faberge where she explores the complex relationship between luxury, contemporary art, and sustainability. In film, Roksana is the Producer of Battle for Britain, a short film highlighting the role of Polish pilots in the Battle of Britain, starring Julian Glover. She is also an Executive Producer of Oliver Stone's latest documentary on demystifying nuclear power, Nuclear Now! In 2014 she was named a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum.
