Dr. Richard S. Isaacson, Preventive Neurologist, Institute for Neurodegenerative Diseases Dr. Isaacson is a Harvard-trained neurologist specializing in the prevention and treatment of Alzheimer’s disease. He is the founder and former director of the world’s first Alzheimer’s Prevention Clinic at Weill Cornell Medicine/NewYork-Presbyterian, where he also served as assistant dean of faculty development and associate professor of neurology.
He is a leader in precision-medicine approaches to Alzheimer’s risk reduction and has served as principal investigator for multiple research initiatives focused on individualized, risk reduction care.
