Dror Barak is a private equity investor, entrepreneur, and operator focused on infrastructure, energy, and industrial platforms across the Middle East. He is the founder of Align Capital, an Agent-Native Private Equity platform combining infrastructure investment, venture building, and AI-driven intelligence to originate and scale cross-border projects aligned with the Abraham Accords and the India Middle East Europe Corridor. He is also a partner at Proxenos Energy, where he is involved in developing strategic energy and infrastructure opportunities across the region. Dror brings deep expertise across downstream and midstream sectors, including oil and gas, critical minerals, and complex industrial systems.

His work focuses on originating and structuring investments at the pre-bankability stage, where he creates value through early positioning, partnerships, and project design. Prior to Align, Dror founded and led GOARC, a global industrial technology company operating in more than 30 countries, delivering solutions in process safety, control rooms, and digital transformation. His background spans AI, robotics, and industrial systems, with a strong focus on bridging technology and large-scale infrastructure.
