Andre Ermirio De Moraes Macedo

André Macedo serves on the Boards of Directors of Votorantim S.A., Hejoassu Administração S.A., Acerbrag S.A., and Instituto Votorantim. He previously served as a board member of Votorantim Energia, now incorporated by Auren Energia (B3: AURE3). Mr. Macedo brings nearly two decades of experience across Votorantim’s governance and executive layers, with expertise in portfolio management, M&A, strategy, and operations. He holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the Polytechnic School of the University of São Paulo.
