Ladi Delano is a global entrepreneur and investor shaping the future of urban mobility across emerging and developed markets. As Co-Founder, Co-CEO, and Advisory Board Chairman of Moove, Delano has driven the development of next-generation technologies, operational ecosystems, and financial solutions that are redefining urban transportation and workforce access worldwide. Under his leadership, Moove has evolved from its flagship Drive-to-Own (DTO) model into the world's largest manned and autonomous ride-hailing fleet, delivering solutions across EMEA, Asia, Latin America, and North America. The company’s global growth has been propelled through strategic partnerships with Uber and Waymo and investment from Mubadala, BlackRock, MUFG, Franklin Templeton, Janus Henderson, and the IFC/World Bank. Prior to Moove, Delano co-founded Grace Lake Partners (GLP), a venture studio and investment firm focused on scaling high-impact businesses in emerging markets. His portfolio includes leadership roles in companies such as JCDecaux Grace Lake, the largest outdoor advertising network in Anglophone West Africa, as well as Express Pharmacy and Dr. Express. A British-Nigerian national, Delano holds two Master’s degrees from the University of Oxford and the London School of Economics, along with a Postgraduate Diploma in Global Business from Oxford. Based in the UAE with his family, he serves as a Trustee of the Oxford-Gracelake Scholarship Programme, a Patron of the Tate Museum, and an Ambassador with Teach for Nigeria. He is a frequent speaker at international forums on entrepreneurship, innovation, and emerging markets.
