Jason Greenberg

Jason Greenberg is a Managing Director and Head of Global Technology Mergers and Acquisitions at Jefferies LLC. Before joining Jefferies in 2014, Jason held senior roles advising technology companies at Credit Suisse and Deutsche Bank. Over almost 25 years in investment banking, Jason has advised on hundreds of public and private transactions across the technology industry, including acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, hostile takeovers, takeover defenses, leveraged buyouts, financings, stock buybacks, spinoffs, leveraged recapitalizations and general corporate strategy. Jason received his B.A. in Economics from Duke University.
