Matt Brown is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of CAIS and is responsible for firm strategy and business development. Matt has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, having worked at firms including Shearson Lehman Brothers, Smith Barney, and Brownstone Advisors. Over the course of his career, he has built and managed investment firms and distribution platforms representing the industry's leading asset management firms. Matt received his B.A. from St. Mary's College in San Francisco. He holds FINRA Series 7, 24, and 63 licenses.
