Prior to joining Guggenheim Partners, Mr. Minerd was a managing director for Morgan Stanley and Credit Suisse. Mr. Minerd is an Overseer at the Hoover Institution at Stanford University and is a board member of RFKHuman Rights.He received a B.S. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and completed graduate work at the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.
