Camron Doss is a transformative senior leader with over 30 years of specialized skills in strategic planning, stakeholder relations, external affairs, corporate communications, community and economic development, and business operations. At the Milken Institute, Camron leads the Initiative for Inclusive Entrepreneurship. In this role, he manages a national program that leverages public-private partnerships. Through a coalition of partners, Camron provides products, process improvements, go-to-market solutions, and catalytic capital raising to expand access to capital for small businesses. Before joining the Milken Institute, Camron served as the chief of strategic partnerships and an assistant director at the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC). There, he led the agency's nationwide strategies to expand economic inclusion. Before the FDIC, Camron served as a senior manager at the US Department of the Treasury's Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC). Other roles he held in the federal government include serving as a director at the US Small Business Administration (SBA) and the US General Services Administration (GSA). Camron began his federal career as a park ranger with the US National Park Service (NPS). Camron holds an Executive Certificate in Strategy and Innovation from MIT Sloan School of Management, a JD from Lewis & Clark Law School, an MBA from Texas A&M University-Commerce, and is a proud HBCU graduate with a BA degree from the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff. Camron is a member of Kappa Alpha Psi.
