Oscar Fahlgren joined Mubadala in 2010 and has held multiple senior roles in the organization including currently as Head of Brazil. Mr. Fahlgren led Mubadala's investment into the EBX group as well as all subsequent related restructuring work and acquisitions. Prior to joining Mubadala, Mr. Fahlgren was an Associate Director with Terra Firma Capital Partners in London. Before that, he held positions in Leveraged Finance with Société Générale in London after starting his career at Vinge, a leading Swedish law firm. Mr. Fahlgren currently serves as Vice Chairman of the Board of Porto Sudeste do Brasil S.A., Chairman of the Board of IMM Holding Ltda. and Mubadala Consultoria Financeira e Gestora de Recursos Ltda.
