Dicky Yordan is the President Director and CEO of TBS Group, where he serves as the primary architect of the Group’s strategic transformation from coal origins to sustainable infrastructure businesses in waste management, renewable energy, and electric vehicles. Under his leadership, TBS has executed some of the most significant green-growth milestones in Southeast Asia to achieve carbon neutrality by 2030. This includes the establishment of Electrum, a premier electric vehicle joint venture with Indonesia’s tech giant GoTo, and the landmark acquisition of Sembcorp Industries’ waste management arm in Singapore (now rebranded as Cora). Dicky brings over two decades of financial and operational expertise to the energy sector. He previously held senior leadership roles at Merrill Lynch, Deutsche Bank (where he served as Director and Co-Head of Global Capital Markets), and Nomura Singapore, where he was Managing Director and Joint Head of Investment Banking and Financing. He holds a B.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, and an M.S. in Financial Engineering from Columbia University, New York.
