An alumnus of Harvard Business School and a Masters in Finance & Economics with a Degree in Law, Neel has 24 years of rich business experience. As Group President of K. Raheja Corp, he handles Real Estate & instrumental in setting up IT Parks and Residential townships across India. Neel is on the board of the Hospitality and Mall development businesses of the group, after initially setting up the renowned mall brand 'Inorbit Malls' across the country, one of the top 3 mall companies. On the Hospitality front, he successfully set up hotels with Marriott Group and is now among the top 3 leading hotel companies in India. Neel was selected as the top 40 under 40 by Economic Times and chairs some of the most important committees that shape key industry developments. He is the Co-Chair at CII-National Committee on Real Estate and Housing, the Chairman, India Chapter of APREA, and President, NAREDCO West. Neel has been appointed on the Govt. of India committee to suggest changes in the Special Economic Zone policy and was one of the members of the Champions of Change invited by the Prime Minister of India.
