Dr Madan M. Oberoi is an Indian Police Service (IPS) officer of 1992 batch. He is a Fulbright Scholar in the area of Cyber Security from University of Washington. He holds a PhD in the area of cybercrime from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Delhi; a Master's Degree in 'Management and Systems' from IIT Delhi; and a Master's Degree in Police Management. Dr Oberoi is presently deployed as Executive Director, Technology & Innovation, at the INTERPOL Global Complex for Innovation (IGCI) in Singapore with global jurisdiction, and supervises INTERPOL's Information Systems & Technology Directorate, Innovation Centre and Capacity Building & Training Directorate.
