Khun Kheamasuda Reongvan

Kheamasuda Reongvan Deputy Director, Payment Systems Policy Department Payment Systems Policy and Financial Technology Group Bank of Thailand Ms. Kheamasuda Reongvan has joined the Bank of Thailand since 2001. Currently, she is a deputy director in Payment Systems Policy Department and has been tasked with a role to promote and facilitate digital payment development in Thailand as well as to encourage cross-border payment linkages. Major responsibilities consist of formulating payment systems roadmap, establishing necessary standards and guidelines, collaborating with related parties to push development projects, and ensuring adequate information and communication to all stakeholders. Ms. Kheamasuda has also worked in teams developing PromptPay system and Standardized QR Code for Payment. Previously, she used to work in Financial Technology Department, Office of Corporate Strategy, Payment and Bond Department, and Regulatory Policy Department. Ms. Kheamasuda has education background in accounting. She got Master Degree in Development Management from London School of Economics and Political Science.
