Bhakti Vithalani is the Founder and CEO of BigSpring, a mobile learning platform that measures ROI from training. BigSpring has garnered 500,000 users across India, South East Asia, Africa and the Americas in less than two years of launch. It is the platform of choice for Uber, United Technologies and others. BigSpring's mission is to equip people with the skills they need to become productive contributors to the economy, and enable enterprises to establish learning as a core business driver - not a support function. BigSpring was born from a decade of work in vocational training across sectors, job types and geographies. Prior to this, Bhakti worked as an Engagement Manager with McKinsey & Company leading client engagements for the Corporate Finance and High Tech practices across the United States, India, Southeast Asia and China. She started her career in product development in Silicon Valley with Siebel Systems. Bhakti is a Computer Engineer with University Honors from Carnegie Mellon University (where she was among the first women from India to attend) and has an MBA from The Wharton School where she was a Joseph Wharton Fellow.
