Shazzia Khan is the Global Chief Talent & Innovation Officer for the Havas Creative Group and Havas Health & You. At Havas Group, where she has spent most of her career, Shazzia has driven the Group’s mission to make a meaningful difference to brands, businesses, and people by fostering a culture where talent can create and innovate. Shazzia has been instrumental in driving the company's success by creating an award-winning culture. In her newly appointed role, Shazzia leads talent and innovation efforts across Havas Health & You and Havas Creative Group globally leveraging her deep understanding of the advertising industry to recruit, develop, and retain top-tier talent. Shazzia began her career working in account management and strategic planning for several of the world’s leading brands, including Maxwell House, Pantene, Snapple, and more. In addition to her professional pursuits, Shazzia is deeply committed to advocating against racial inequality and fostering inclusion both inside and outside of the workplace. Shazzia is a Board member of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) Foundation and volunteers her time with the NAACP Image Awards and Membership committees, using her expertise and influence to make a positive impact.
