Patrick Fleming is the Chief Investment Officer for the State of Wyoming’s 26 billion dollar sovereign wealth fund. Mr. Fleming revamped the fund structure, increasing investment staff from one to 10 while increasing internally managed assets to 7 billion dollars. Previously, Mr. Fleming spent 30 years working in Tokyo, Hong Kong, London, and New York, specializing in global bond, equity, and commodity markets. Mr. Fleming is a former CEO of Barclays Investments in New York. He also taught corporate finance and investment management to MBA and undergraduate students at the University of Wyoming. Mr. Fleming holds a B.A. in Economics from Harvard University.
