Mr. Dylan Tey is an expatriate with 18 years on ground experience in China. He has more than 20 years of financial and industry-related experiences. Prior to J&T, Dylan was the co CFO of Hello Inc, looking after its finance and legal functions since May 2019. He was the CFO of WeDoctor from April 2018 till April 2019. His roles in these companies include strategic investments & integration, capital raising & investor relations, setting up financial & legal management system and infrastructure. Prior to corporates, Dylan was a partner of PwC China, with a focus of serving companies in technology, media and telecommunication (TMT) sectors. In this capacity, he provided advisory, IPO and auditing services to Chinese technology startups, unicorns and listed companies, and helped a number of them seek listing abroad. Dylan also worked extensively with venture capital and private equity clients of PwC and was part of its Private Equity Leadership team. In addition to capital markets, he was the lead partner of PwC’s regional commercial assurance business, which helped clients from various industries to manage risks and monetize opportunities with their complex third party relationships. Dylan graduated with a merit bachelor degree double major in Accounting and Finance from University of New South Wales (Australia). He is a fellow member with Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand, a Hong Kong CPA and Malaysian CPA.
