The trend is clear: Foreign direct investment rose eight percent in 2025 and climbed over 10 percent in Q1 2026. Yet achieving the country's full economic potential will require mobilizing significantly more patient capital for strategic infrastructure, energy, logistics, digital connectivity, housing, and advanced manufacturing. Drawing on lessons from sovereign wealth funds, pension systems, and public-private investment platforms around the world, this session will examine how Mexico can better align institutional capital, government priorities, and private investment to finance long-term growth.
