Community Infrastructure Center: Strategic Briefing (Invite only)

-

Since July 2025, developers have raced to bring critical infrastructure online amid changes in federal regulations, increases in materials costs, and supply chain uncertainties. Further signals to note are rapidly expiring incentives and accelerating demands. Looking toward 2026–2028 as projects mature and markets shift, we are committed to providing end-to-end support across predevelopment, complex capital matching, and the recapitalization of operating assets. In this private session, we will review the work of the Milken Institute’s Community Infrastructure Center in organizing project pipelines, aligning capital across the project lifecycle, and scaling deployment across an expanding set of asset classes. We have convened developers, lenders, and ecosystem partners to preview what to expect through the end of 2028, focusing on how capital structures, risk allocation, and partnership models are evolving to meet the next phase of infrastructure delivery.
