Beyond the Abraham Accords and path from Oslo to Bahrain, normalization initiatives are being launched throughout this long-troubled region. What conditions are needed to catalyze cooperation among normalized and other regional countries? What steps are necessary to develop a regional architecture for inter-regional trade and investment? How do we build accelerators for job creation and capital formation in the region? What are the possible policies, programs, initiatives, and projects needed to reach this goal?
