Tracey Woon

Tracey Woon is a senior fellow within the International pillar at the Milken Institute. She currently serves as a director of United Overseas Bank Limited, National University Health System, Yeo Boon Khim Mind Science Center, and the SPH Foundation Limited. Woon is a member of the investment board of GIC Pte Ltd, the board of Ministry of Health Holdings Ltd, and the Securities Industry Council, and she formerly served on the Listing Advisory Committee of the Singapore Exchange. She is also a member of the Singapore Red Cross Council.

A career banker with more than 40 years of experience in investment banking and wealth management, Woon retired in August 2020. She was vice chairman of Asia Pacific Global Wealth Management at UBS AG from 2016 to 2020. Prior to joining UBS, she was the vice chairman of Citibank Association of Southeast Asian Nations Corporate and Investment Banking and a board member of Citibank Singapore Limited, the retail and consumer arm of Citibank NA in Singapore.
