Michelle Rincón is an associate on the Environmental and Social Innovation team at Milken Institute Strategic Philanthropy. Prior to her current role, she worked on the MOMENTUM Routine Immunization Transformation and Equity project and Advancing Nutrition under the United States Agency for International Development, with a focus on subawards and finance. 

She also brings a long-standing background in event management, having coordinated a wide range of meetings, workshops, and events. With a passion for languages, cultures, and mission-driven work, Rincón is dedicated to contributing to meaningful change and strengthening communities. She is based in Washington, DC.
