Caroline Teare

Caroline Teare is a senior associate on the Catalytic Capital team at the Milken Institute. She supports the development and execution of the Institute’s Financial Innovations Labs, which focus on tackling financing gaps and structural barriers to investment across sectors.

Before joining the Milken Institute, Teare worked in environmental, social, and governance and sustainability consulting in Copenhagen, advising clients on strategy and regulatory alignment. She previously spent nearly three years at a global information services firm in New York, partnering with institutional investors on capital markets due diligence and investment research.

Teare graduated from Georgetown University with a BA in government and a minor in Spanish.
